Marquise

Our Marquise plan is our popular “month of” package designed for the bride who wants to do all the planning and designing on her own and then relax on event day.
(for 40 or less guests)
Event day management services begin at $1000.

Princess

Our Princess plan is a full-service package designed for the bride who wants us to assist her with all details associated with her event. Services begin at $3500.

Radiant

Our Radiant plan is an ala carte/hourly service- some
services will be fee based, others hourly. Email us and let us know what type of individual services
you need. Services to begin at
$100.

Diamonds & Dreams Invests in You!

After intensive consultations, we will research, recommend and coordinate the ideal team of vendors to create a unique wedding experience for you and your guests. Diamonds & Dreams will be by your side every step of the way to provide expert advice on wedding etiquette, tradition, overall event design, blending of family dymanics and much more.

The following are some of the news and tasks you will need to consider for your event:

  • Attire for the bridal party, bride, jr. attendants
  • Beverage selections (alcoholic and nonalcoholic)
  • Cake, groom’s cake or sweets-dessert bar
  • Catering
  • Ceremony programs
  • Design and decor
  • Event time line
  • Favors and gift baskets
  • Floral and event design
  • Guest travel accommodations to and from event
  • Honeymoon accommodations & travel
  • Invitations, calligraphy, mailouts, inserts
  • Lighting design & GOBO specs
  • Lodging, transportation, activities for immediate participants
  • Menu development & subsequent tastings
  • Music and entertainment
  • Music selections for ceremony
  • Music selections for reception and cocktail hour
  • Photography
  • Props and furniture
  • Rehearsal dinner venues and menus
  • Seating plan and room layout
  • Staging and audio/visual
  • Table linens and appropriate rentals
  • Transportation for bridal party and newlyweds
  • Vendor contract negotiations
  • Vendor follow-up
  • Vendor load in and breakdown
  • Venues and/or tenting
  • Venue room layout

  • Wedding concept development

  • Welcome bags for out of town guests

Clients will contract and pay for all vendors directly. Event planning and coordination fees are based on a number of factors including size and duration of event, location, number of vendors, and complexity of design elements. A flat fee will be negotiated to best suit each client.
